Need medication for UTI. Feeling like I need to go to the washroom continually. Have had it twice before

Get urine culture done. If no allergy start on tab Ciplox 500mg twice daily for 3 days

Before Medicines get your urine evaluated for pus cells and culture. Alkanise urine - by taking lemon water, orange juice or many alkanisers available with chemist.

still not resolved can take tab nitrofurantoin 100mg twice per day for just 3 days
