Could you help me in getting a medical certificate for the below patient? Patient: Ashish Gupta Content: ‘Ashish Gupta is advised to be on bed rest for ~3weeks, on account of severe knee pain and. Swelling.....’ Basically need a medical certificate stating that he needs to be on bed rest for a period of 3 weeks for any medical condition.. And not advised to travel. Thanks.
