Hi Have attached the USG OBS Doppler report .please help ia there any complications in the report . Marked the remarks . Please help if any complications n is it very much problematic

The ultrasound scan doesn't mention the period of gestation. It should have been mentioned because that will decide further management. CPR is normal. That is a good sign. Uterine arteries also show normal pattern. I will ignore the isolated finding of pulsatility index in umbilical artery.
