Can anyone help me read this xray and let me know if anything they can see?? Need to know any swollen lymphnodes they can see in this??

Looks normal lung parenchyma,but hilar prominence present,need to correlate with your clinical history

Xray is not taken properly. Over exposure is present.pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.

Yes the c ray shows some prominence at hilar region… it can be lymph node enlargement
