Suggestive of iron deficiency and a viral infection. Needs to be clinically correlated with detailed history and examination

High SGOT and SGPT indicate liver affection. Low MCH and MCH and high RDW may mean iron deficiency and are treatable with iron supplements. Neutrophils 28 and lymphocytes 68 mean a viral infection. The most important thing is symptoms and signs and check ups by a pediatrician. We do not treat reports only. Please visit a pediatrician
