Need help with my fever

Hello Doc, I am having severe body pain in Joints and headache from last two days. For some time I had fever as well. In my place, Pune, Temperature is little dizzy varying from 20° to 35° C On advise from one doctor friend I took NiCip plus and Azicip 500 for two days and feeling better now. Should i get any other test or this is fine. It would be great if you can mention the name of test, incase  if it is required. Based on symptoms, it seems it can be caee of malaria.
