Hello Doctor, I am unable to understand the cause of multiple issues I am going through. 1. I have a continuous sharp pain in my upper right back. This pain increases  while lying down. Also the pain increases while deep breathing. 2. I am also going through heavy head ache starting from back of my neck to frontal lobes. Increase in this head ache causes nausea and dizziness. 3. I have heavy ear pain problem. I always feel pressure inside my ear and find some thick liquid like substance leaking from my ear almost every day. 4. I had recently faced very severe stomach cramps. The cramps were coming once every 15-20 mins and would last for around 1-2 mins. While each cramp lasted, I felt going for a dump, but nothing would happen. This happened for almost 2-3 hrs. Then reduced on talking pain killer. This happened only once. Note: I am not pregnant and It wasn't at the mensuration time. Due to these multiple issues I am little confused as to which doctor to consult. Please help 🙏
