Hi thanks for your approach, I can understand, it sounds good that your life is perfect. But what is it thats causing you anxious or depressed. There might be some reason in which you feel disinterest for social life or self. I think there may be some emotional disturbance. However your less social life is taking you to stage of loneliness.
