Typhilitis means Amoebic infection. Which I feel can't be commented on ultrasound. Typhilitis is pathological findings and not a radiological findings.
Your father ideally require a CECT ABDOMEN WITH oral positive CONTRAST AND A SUBSEQUENT COLONOSCOPY TO SEE DIRECTLY INSIDE ILEOCAECAL JUNCTION. There may be a possibility of TUBERCULOSIS.
Any how you have not provided the detail history ( complaints)of patient.
