Need Food Supplements

Respected sir, I am Ankur Shrivastava from Gwalior Madhya Pradesh. I am a university teacher by profession. I have a sedentary lifestyle. But one thing is clear. I take small meals throughout in a day with installments. Not exceeding 5 chapati in a day. I have a habit of taking one banana and one apple daily. But still I feel dull in my energy level and I get mentally exhausted by evening. I am not having any diabetic problem. I had mild corona in January 2021 but i am vaccinated thrice. Please suggest me the best dietary supplement without compromising my liver and kidney functions. Regards.

Dear Ankur Shrivastava ji I understand your concern. You have no health concern / dis-ease as of now, but you are cautious for the future health status. And that you are feeling lack of energy - that itself shows that some nutrients are lacking... Yes the NUTRITION is not sufficient in the food alone anymore since we are having modern cultivation since last 35 years - the soil is continuously depleting and so are the nutrients... But that doesn't mean that we take any supplement. Now there are more than 4000 supplement companies but some are preparing synthetic, some chemical, while some elemental supplements which you shouldn't take as they have less benefits and more side effects.

Hi. U make sure that u taking high protein rich foods like eggs , paneer, protein rich salads like chole, rajma, paneer salad. Do some physical activity. U can have a to z daily for 1 month. Also get yourself test for vit d and vit b 12 may b you r deficient and that is y feeling exhausted. If so u can take supplement for the same after consulting physician
