I was not able to attend school as I am a teacher for 3 days 14th to 16th March 2023 due to extreme vomiting and diarrhoea. I have joined on 17th march 2023.I already have a doctors prescription. I just need a fit certificate dated 17th March 2023 as I have joined on the said date. I was fit to join and I am still working but I need a medical fitness certificate. Attaching the previous doctor prescription for the reference
