Need feedback on test reports

I recently went for comprehensive blood test. Attached are the parts of thr report (CBC & Vitamin D & B12). Other than these two, in thyroid report, the TSH value is not in normal range ( TSH- 6.24, T3- 101, T4-6.1). Please let me know if I need to take Vitamin D and B12 supplements and if there is a concern. Thanks.
