I'm working in night shift and I was facing issues like acidity, headache, delay in periods so I did pcod screening test and in that report my prolactin, insulin and Lymphocytes and wbc is high. This shows hormonal imbalance and it can lead to pcod if not take proper care. To take proper care of my health I wanted to work in hybrid shift so that I can get proper rest and these problems can stop at this stage only. From doctor I want certification which have the suggestion to avoid night shifts and work in hybrid as it can help to balance hormones and can lead to healthy life routine. Can you suggest how can I get certification from the doctor?
