Halo - u need more CHO , protien, fat. so more calorie planning must. you need max. cereals like home based Porridge,polao Dalia, khicdi at least 3 days in week ,chapati,pulses,soup,stew every day. add butter ,ghee two times in meals .take more fluid ,juices,max mix vegetables, take banana 1 big,more citrus, papaya, potatoes group, green leafy vegetables more fibre rich foods. oil mastard oil , dry fruits, more high calorie foods,mostly eat quality protien like milk,dairy products. u can contact me as I m having 4 clinics at kolkata. u need some home based exercises to make fit all over body fat,good cheeks, thigh,belly where more fat balanced needed.
