I have Cough And Cold Problem since many Years i get cold and Cough because of dirt and even if i drink any cold thing i get Cold the Next day. Can roam near any chicken shop any thing i Suddenly gets Cold problem within next day. Because of the Allergy issue i am using the mentioned Medicine

It may be allergic rhinitis .It can be prevented by avoiding dust exposure and cold items .don't use excessive antihistamines it may lead to tolerance so please consult ent doctor for endoscopy to rule out DNS and allergic polyps . Treatment wise local steroid spray is better for Ur condition.
