Have a tattoo on left hand that needs to be removed. Need advise on what all options are available along with approximate costing.

Good afternoon on the picture The tattoo seems to be ok .lasers can help ..but after removal with laser the tentative cuts scars will require  extra treatment..they are very difficult to treat. Will require surgery.
