Hello Sir, Thank you for writing this. I seriously think he should have been operated as soon as possible. However, now two months have lapsed, I would recommend to meet an Orthopaedic Surgeon as soon as possible. I'll highly recommend surgery for both fractures in order to achieve union and to preserve knee joint. Damage has already happened but we should try to preserve as much as we can. You are not treated well by primary doctor.intra-artivular fracture at wrist and knee almost always needs surgery and forearm fracture seems uniting but treating it in plaster causes much stiffness which might  u have. You need better management by intellectual orthopaedic surgeon.
