Need advice on hcg76 CD56
I'm looking for some advice because this is my first ever positive, so I'm scared to get excited.TTC for 2.5 years, diagnosed with lean PCOS and AΜΗ 7.2.
Medical history:
Had irregular cycle (45 to 55 days) for past 6 months -undergone sidha and now positive pregnancy.
Last year was in follicular study ,cycles were about 35days .done around 5 follicular study.no positive result.
Now:
CD45: home test negative.
CD56: very faint positive.
Blood β-hCG: 76 mIU/mL.
Could this be due to very late ovulation/implantation with PCOS? Or is the timing concerning for a chemical pregnancy or ectopic?
Gynec suggested folic acid and progesterone for a week.
Can this be a healthy pregnancy?
