My b. p is 160/ 95 now, at  2 o clock it was 150 . Took plain telma 40 mg morning. Now can I take another telma A.m 40 or telma H ? Please answer. At 2.30 i took dytor 5 mg for leg swelling. My ECG is normal & serum creatinine is 1.1. Iam feeling anxiety, restlessness .Before breakfast  taking tablet rabalkem em , & sucral o syrup. No other symptoms.

If you are known hypertensive for long time , only take telma 40 mg daily and check bp everyday morning and regular follow up with doctor
