I have done polypectomy for sessile polyp. Biopsy shows as base is free and tubular adenoma with moderate displacia. CT scan showed mild rectal wal thickening of 7 mm. What does it mean?

Hi this means that your polyp had potential to get concerted into cancer if not removed. Base is free means the pre cancerous changes has not reached till base. A repeat full colonoscopy is recommended as surveillance after 6 months And on yearly basis.
