Need a good protein diet

I work out, but results are less as my food is not right, I need a diet chart to get proper amount of cabs fats protein etc to get into my body

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer etc to gain muscle mass.
