Neck sprain

I had a neck sprain while gymming and it is causing much inconvenience. Ivam not able to sleep or work properly due to limited movement of neck. Please help me out.

Ice pack application  thrice in a day, take complete bed rest without using neck pillow .Take mild analgesic,  apply ice gel twice daily
Next Steps
Get one X-ray cervical spine Ap /lateral done.
Health Tips
Avoid riding two wheeler, avoid travel for couple of days.

Hy I advise use cervical neck collar.and avoid neck movement. Start ice packes apply 3 to 5 times in a day.
