Am suffering from neck sprain... In day time there is no sprain while sleeping in night time suddenly pain below the 2 ears...so please suggest what it exactly. I posted pic... The marked place of 2 sides

--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.

This pain may be mostly due to acute cervical muscle spasm with associated strain..
Does the pain also travels towards the upper limbs..
Next Steps
You should start with hot fomentation, take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment locally. If pain doesn't get relieved, better to yet one x ray of cervical spine..
