I had a very small size swelling in right side of neck for 2 to 3 weeks. Now for 2 days it's little big and paining more.. If I go in cool places near eyebrows side paining is there and feels head and neck heavy.. I went to neuro doctor yesterday and gave tablets. What is the reason? Is there any problem?

The swelling in neck is painful and of shorter duration, so it's more likely infective cause. Sometimes infection of throat or nose traverse via lymphatics and reach lymph nodes, resulting in neck node infection and swelling.
