I have severe neck pain while sleeping and ringing in ears early morning,also have pain while working on laptops

Is it Neck pain while working or ear pain??...if it's neck pain u have the possibility of developing cervical spondylitis due to which u can get ringing sensation of ear..consult an orthopaedic
