Experiencing neck pain in right lower side of neck. Also infrequent headache + stiffness. get relieves when having hot water treatment.

Its may be muscle tightness pain or may be postural. Due to concentration work trapezius muscles become tight and then loss of curvature of cervical spine and degeneration will be start.n headache is also related to muscle tightness( it may be cervicogenic headache).
