Disc Buldging C5-C6. Neck pain front and Back Also (inflation) , Muscle Spasm in full neck (Front and Back Also) to backside of the head , 32 Therapies Done of TENS and 6 Dry Needling techniques sessions also done but problem not Solved. See the MRI report... Pls tell the solution ???

Advice you to ask for IFT+TRACTION for 10 days. if pain is reduced do neck strengthening exercises. hot water fermentation twice a day will be helpfull. Maintain proper posture of head while on work and if possible use cerival pillow.

Ice (use frozen peas) the neck (on the vertebral column) 2/3 mins multiple times - 4-6 times a day. Take off the stimulus (work on laptop no more than 45 mins/hr; walk and rest the next 15 mins) Keep a ball between the chin and neck whilst working on laptop (helps in repositioning the neck) No TV OR watching programs on phone whilst laying down or otherwise.
