These days, neck pain has become very common in your age group. Try the following: *Apply hot water bag (10 minutes twice a day) *After applying hot water bag, apply Nobel Gel *Tab Ace Proxyvon (1 tablet after lunch and 1 tablet after dinner for 5 days) (if you don't have diabetes and are not allergic to it) *Stand up, breathe in and simultaneously extend your neck to look up at the ceiling, then breathe out and simultaneously bring your neck back to the original position to look in front (DON'T LOOK DOWN!) *Stand up in front of a wall, place both your palms on the wall, then raise both the palms up along the wall as high as you can, then bring them back down (do both the above exercises for 40 counts each day) *Avoid using pillow while sleeping *Avoid keeping your phone near your body while using it. Keep it away from.your body so that your neck does not bend forward. *Avoid using the laptop on your lap. Keep it on a table with a couple of books beneath it and sit on a chair in front of it.
Next Steps
Follow the above steps and let me know how you feel after 1 week.

Looks like you are having bad posture and your sitting chair and desk are not proper. Need to see that and also need to keep up your body fitness with mental work. Avoid too big pillow. Sos painkillers If still issues consult. Thanks
