Last two days having pain in neck behind right ear .The pain is normal and only feel when move the neck. please suggest some primary medicine.

Neck pain can be a muscle spasm or myofascial pain or a presentation of a spine problem. Since without seeing you it is difficult to predict only you can go for a hot fomentation local spray or a gel preparation. Maintain good posture of neck. Avoid jerks and forward and backward movement of neck. Take care.
