No abnormality,but you have to do some exercises for the neck stiffness such:-⢠Neck Stretching.
⢠Postural Correction.
⢠Shoulder Shrugs.
⢠Take frequent Breaks at work.
⢠Core Strengthening Exercises.
⢠Use cervical pillow.
⢠Use Back Support.
⢠Self Massage the back of neck.
