Hi, since you have developed a new symptom on top of the old existing one, it is better to consult an expert and get fresh imaging done. Please remember , symptoms point to a diagnosis , they are not the disease themselves. MRI done 2 years ago will not provide insights into what is happening today but will definitely help in comparing with a recent one for either fresh changes or progression of existing pathology.
Next Steps
Consult with a Neurosurgeon for neurological examination and appropriate imaging
