Neck muscle Twitching
I often get neck muscle Twitching on back left side of neck on a regular basis which comes and goes. Does that indicate something? It happens daily and within a day, twice or thrice times. Thanks
It can be just sprain or fibromyalgia with or without associated neuropathy means can be just muscle fatigue or associated nerve compression

This is mostly due to muscle spasms which is mainly due to excess stress on the neck muscles due to abnormal posture like while working on computer or mobile, excessive driving, studying for long hours or abnormal sleeping position
