Neck pain at this age could be due to bad posture or muscle weakness. Consult physiotherapist to take treatment for pain relief. After the pain subsides, do regular neck muscle strengthening as per physiotherapist's guidance. Learn how to check and correct spine posture. Long term relief in pain will be achieved with regaining of normal muscle strength, maintenance of proper posture and following proper ergonomics.
Next Steps
Maintain proper posture during activities. Take breaks in between work (about 5 mins break after every 2 hours) to reduce strain.
