Neck and disc joint are not flexible...

Pain in my disc started whenever I do exercise eg. Plank. Also problem in turning head left Side or back side. Indigestion is also very common.

Stop exercising for a month,avoid extreme neck positions, Avoid sitting for long, bending, lifting weight, riding bike, long mobile use. Use LS belt when working. Warm compress. Physio modalities will help.
