Near objects blurry with myopic glasses

Hi, I'm 31F and have been wearing glasses for short sightedness for the past 18 years. Right now, my power is 4.25, right eye and 4.0, left eye with slight spherical and cylinderical power in the left eye. Recently, I have been facing difficulties reading with my glasses on. I can read/see clearly without my glasses. Can you help understand what could be the issue? I'm a software professional and I need to be in front of my system for 10+ hours a day. Thanks!

Consult Now
We always under correct high to moderately myopic patients who work for long hours on screens. Over correction of myopia leads to eye strain and blurring.
