Nausea,Headache,Stomach Ache & Dizziness

I've had nausea , headaches, and have been dizzy since I woke up on Saturday (3 days now). Today I got stomach aches and I feel like I want to throw up. I can't even eat properly because I feel like I would if I had just thrown up and my stomach was trying to get used to food again. What can I do to stop this? Thank you.
