I noticed my absent period in April meaning my last period was in March and I've still not had a period and I have an expired iud mirena, expired over a year ago and I have 6 year old twins that while I was pregnant with them it was undetected until 6 months along. I feel pregnant including nausea & fetal movement except the movements change as if sometimes I'm not as far along than sometimes like I'm farther along etc. And I've tested negative blood and urine tests.
