I am suffering from bouts of nausea & headache since the last 3-4 weeks. the feeling of nausea is strongest when i wake up and immediately before & after meals. my stomach feels full all the time. a little weakness persists. since the last 12-14 days i am experiencing medium to severe headaches almost everyday. my appetite has gone down.
