Hello Dr, i am married, today is my 11th day of cycle still 6 days left for ovulation but first i had few cramps now today as i woke up am having minor cramps along with nausea i am having fast as well and thinking of food makes nausea what should i do and what can be the reason as i also had periods on 1st of may.
