Hello Doctors Good Morning From past 15/20 days i am observing that sometimes suddenly i use to feel nausea. At times suddenly i use to get cramps at the bottom part of my face(Just below the tounge) and salt saliva starts coming in mouth and it last for 3/4 minutes. It generally happens twice a week and happens suddenly. I mean to say vomiting doesn't comes from internal body but it starts with my mouth and cramps below tounge. Please tell me what is the problem and please suggest what should i do to correct it.
