Nausea due to body pain?

Hi i had low body temperature (96.5) day before yesterday. and 100 degree temperature yesterday morning. i.took crocin. now the temperature is stable but the body pain and nauseatic feeling persists. can you please suggest something.

Continue crocin amd take capaule Pantop-D as crocin may cause gas and nausea. This medicine will help.
