Nausea & Vomitting in morning
From last two weeks feeling nausea & if sometimes getting heavy foods in night, vomiting in the morning. Even a glass of water in morning in empty stomach getting me burped almost 10-12 times. Less appetite, sweating in face. No loose motions though. Please suggest necessary screening and advice. Moderate Alcoholic & smoker

Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination. It is better to get a Complete health package done from one of the Multinational Laboratories. You will also need upper GI endoscopy.

Perhaps you are having gastritis due to alcohol consumption and smoking aggrevstes it.
Get your blood test done including CBC LFT fasting glucose level lipid profile renal function tests

take Omeprazole 20 mg twice 12 hours apart daily a week before food and domperidone 10 mg 3 times daily for a week , before food.
