Today from morning i feel very week & had vomit with slight headeach but with a constant nausea,is these any acidic problem or anything else

This problem my be due to  so many re asons.hyper acidity is also. If you are pregnant then you may suffer from morning sickness . vomiting and nausea maybe due to pregnancy.
