Natural not whey protein

I just stopped taking whey protein, but to cover my daily protein intake I am worried how I'll be able to manage with the food items, because Protein rich foods are higher is calories & carbs also(veg), i m targeting a idle body weight which requires 15kg of reduction. so please recommend me what to do. i occasionally eat chicken, egg are ok.
