Nasal valve collapse & devaited septum
I face breathing problems while i sleep or lay down on the bed..if I stretch my cheeks from my nose side i feel better in breathing. I went through an MRI where the doctor suggested that i am suffering from nasal valve collapse and slight deviated septum..pls tell me which type of surgery is required for this problem..and is the surgery painfull. Pls give an elaborate answer to help me understand better.

From your history mostly you need septal correction.
Mostly this surgery is done under general anaesthesia or it can be done under local anaesthesia also(where operating part only anaesthitised).,so dnt worry about pain and all
Its mostly done under endscopy,so no scar and all.
If you are having troublr in sleeping,go ahead with surgery ,if trial of medicines are already done.
