I am sneezing continuesly. Doctor told me:- use nasal sprays.. Per day how many times i can use nasal sprays...? Is there any side effects with nasal sprays...? Please tell me one good "nasal spray" with name..?

Nasal sprays for allergies are usually given once in a day 2 sprays per nostril. Also it depends on the compound in the spray.Usually sprays for allergies do not have any side effects and can be used safely for a long time. But there are also other nasal sprays which shouldn’t be used for more then 3-4 days.
