Which feeding position is better for a one month old suffering with nasal regurgitation. Any guidelines to take care during this problem.

Nasal regurgitation is not good . Try feeding in upright position with neck mouth in one straight line. Also insure that the abdomen of child is not compressed either by tight clothing or manually during feeding .
