My nose sometimes left and sometimes right seems completely blocked and many times both and even one of the ear (left) even when I feel it sounds to me like I have flu but I am completely fine except the congestion. And its really irritating me as I am unable to breath free...plis suggest me what to do as I am scared to go to hospitals due to covid. Please help.

Usually alternate nasal passages will be active.. Which is normal.. But if there is lot of congestion and nasal discharge, you should continue the prescribed tabs on and off and take steam daily at least once at night... You will have a lot of relief. Slowly you can stop using the tablet and continue using steam
