Chronic nasal congestion lasting for more than two months has been troubling me, especially worsening at night. Despite using saline nasal spray, there's been no relief. Additionally, mucus production continues regularly. Could you suggest effective remedies?

Instead of saline nasal sprays, do Jala Neti Nasal Washes, twice daily. Jala Neti Salt Plus & Jala Neti bottle 300ml are both available on Amazon and quite inexpensive.
