Hello sir , I have sinus,dust allergy from the past few days iam having cold and due to some renovation work at my place there is a lot of dust. I have had nasal bleeding for a minute or less 3 times in four days sometimes it occur when I sneeze and then stops. Once it occurred even if I didn't have sneezes.pls help

Hi, I understand that bcoz of regular sneezing and watering there is erosion over nose apply local antibiotic cream to keep it moist and dont rub your nose. Kindly consult ENT Specialist for clinical opinion at best

you need a thorough examination of of your nose and sinuses. probably you have allergic rhinitis due to dust. stay away from dust. for the time being a course of antibiotics and nasal drop will reduce the your nose bleeding.
